The Alliance for Industrial Efficiency submitted a comment letter on the EPA’s PSD and Title V Permitting Guidance for Greenhouse Gasses on December 1st, 2010. This comment is recorded in Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2012-0841. This comment applauds EPA’s recognition of the benefits of WHR and CHP and urges the EPA to go further to ensure that WHR and CHP reach their full potential.
